Ignorance is bliss, but still ignorance

Just a quick note about all the experts out there. A favourite saying I heard in the last few weeks is:

"The ultimate ignorance is the rejection of something you know nothing about, & refuse to investigate" (Wayne Dyer).
Or as in scripture
1Peter 2:15-16 Because thusly is the will of Yahweh: doing good to muzzle the ignorance of foolish men, as free men yet not as if having freedom for a cover for evil, but as servants of Yahweh.

So we are assisted to seek truth & ignore foolish people. Some people's belief is their truth, but it is not necessarily THE truth. It is a fine line.

More on this later, but a final brief line from the book of truth. These saying manifest themselves thru so called wise me. I heard someone the other day saying his father always said, don't argue with a fool because that creates 2.

Similarly here we have:
Pro 26:4 Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.

But the very next line says to do the opposite. Why? Maybe so that the fool cannot get away with a lie & believe himself to be a speaker of truth.
Pro 26:5 Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own conceit.

So stand up for your truth, whatever it be.
